A healthcare facility in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional to ensure smooth operations at the admission centres. You will deliver professional customer service to ensure smooth operation of the admission centres. This includes managing urgent admissions from outpatient clinics, appointment scheduling, payments, financial counselling and delivering pre-operative instructions to patients. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records and documentation, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives.
