The Opportunity

We are looking for Patient Service Associates to be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
  • Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
  • Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
  • Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong passion to serve the patients
  • Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.
