Note: This is a 1-year part-time non-renewable contract. Shortlisted candidates are required to work 21 hours per week.

You will perform counter and support duties at the Department of Child Development, KK Women\u2019s & Children\u2019s Hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Registration and billing of patients
  • Attend to patients’/public enquiries
  • Perform routine procedures e.g. taking of height and weight of patient
  • Prepare and set up doctors’ consultation rooms for daily usage e.g. examination/screening items are available for doctor to examine patients & cleaning of equipment and toys, etc.
  • Support Doctor’s clinics, ensure doctors’ orders are followed and services are entered correctly at all times
Job Requirements
  • GCE N / O / A / NITEC / ITE (Office Skills)
  • Prior Knowledge of Outpatient Appointment (OAS) is preferred
  • Service-oriented with pleasant disposition and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Possess basic computer literacy skills - MS Word and Excel
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
