Qualifications

• Recognised paramedicine qualification required or equivalent.
• Paramedic Level 4 registration/credential preferred.
• Minimum 5 years active experience in prehospital EMS.
• Ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear teaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver lectures, practical sessions, and clinical simulations.
• Design, develop, and review curriculum content to meet industry and pedagogical standards.
• Assess student learning using varied methods and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor students during clinical placements and projects.
• Participate in academic administration, course coordination, and programme review.
• Engage in continuous professional development and maintain currency in paramedicine practice.
