Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certification or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver safe, high-quality PADI dive programs.
• Manage dive logistics, equipment maintenance, and instructor scheduling.
• Coordinate client bookings and provide exceptional service.
• Train and mentor dive instructors to uphold standards.
• Monitor operational costs to support program delivery.
