Job description
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of market operation strategies for the Steam business ecosystem, to drive GMV growth and increase the number of paying users.
  • Analyze industry trends and user needs, explore supply-side resources and potential products, and expand cooperative relationships with game developers, distributors, channel partners, and individual sellers; optimize merchant management and rating rules.
  • Track and optimize the product operation process, including pricing strategies, inventory management, and promotional activities, to improve transaction conversion rates and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor the compliance of game product transactions, assist in formulating risk control rules, and cooperate with the risk control team to combat illegal and risky behaviors, ensuring the security of platform transactions and funds.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in market operations for overseas games.
  • Strong communication skills, able to adapt to short-to-medium term business travel. Fluent in English as a working language, with business negotiation and roadshow capabilities.
  • Familiar with the transaction rules and market dynamics of the Steam ecosystem. Candidates with supply chain and channel resources, and familiarity with regulations related to virtual goods trading and regional tax planning are preferred.
  • Strong execution ability, clear logical thinking, and good cross-team collaboration skills. Passionate about the game trading industry.
