Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is hiring a Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (Low Code) for the Attorney-General's Chambers project in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering secure, scalable OutSystems applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and enabling AI-assisted drafting workflows.

The position is a hands-on, hybrid role based at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering, with a 1-year fixed-term contract and opportunities to contribute to platform evolution and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 7+ years of enterprise software engineering experience (industry-standard).
• 5+ years OutSystems development experience, preferably OutSystems 11/ODC.
• Experience delivering enterprise low-code apps, AI/LLM-enabled services, and security-conscious integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy enterprise OutSystems applications on 11/ODC.
• Integrate OutSystems with IAM, Microsoft 365, databases, AWS services and internal platforms via REST APIs.
• Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews with partners to ensure quality and production readiness.
• Lead secure, scalable and reusable platform patterns; support migrations and environment setup.
