Job summary

A leading international trade agency in Singapore is looking for a Corporate Manager. Responsibilities include establishing management direction, overseeing corporate functions, ensuring service quality for semiconductor customers, and developing customer acquisition strategies. Candidates must be proficient in both Korean and English, have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and preferably experience in the semiconductor service industry. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary to be negotiated.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both Korean and English required for internal communication.
• Experience in the semiconductor service industry is a plus.
• Prior work experience in Singapore or overseas assignments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish overall management direction and operational strategies for GST Singapore.
• Oversee corporate functions including HR, finance, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage service quality and operational performance for major semiconductor customers.
• Supervise engineers and technicians; ensure compliance with safety training and improve site efficiency.
• Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and retention.
