About the Role
The Operations Manager oversees the performance and profitability of multiple restaurant outlets. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency in service standards, and optimizing business performance through effective leadership, planning, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, capable of leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all sales and operational activities across assigned outlets to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, high service standards, and consistent brand experience across all restaurants.
- Drive operational excellence through effective cost management, labour optimisation, and quality assurance.
- Review and enhance operational systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to support management reporting, performance monitoring, and organisational planning.
- Strengthen collaboration and communication between business units, support departments, and outlet teams to ensure alignment of goals.
- Lead initiatives to enhance profitability, streamline operations, and support long‑term business growth.
- Play an active role in business planning, including new outlet setup, performance review, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Achievement of sales and profit targets across all assigned outlets.
- Cost and labour efficiency within approved budget levels.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing multiple outlets.
- Proven track record in restaurant operations, setup, and performance management.
- Strong business acumen with sound knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and public relations abilities to build positive stakeholder relationships.
- Highly organised, results‑driven, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and integrity in all aspects of work.
