We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to lead the daily operations of a secure data print facility servicing clients in finance, insurance and government. The ideal candidate must be a hands‑on leader to manage daily print and mailing operations with a strong focus on quality control, regulatory compliance and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Production Management
- Overseeing the daily printing operations, including coordinating schedules, allocating staff, and managing production workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet output, cost, and quality goals.
- Ensure high availability of equipment and manage preventative maintenance.
Project and Deadline Management
- Managing project timelines and ensuring that all printing jobs are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with sales and client services to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Staff Leadership
- Lead, train, mentor, and evaluate plant supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure operations meet all safety, health, environmental, and regulatory standards, conducting regular inspections and training.
- Enforce and update SOPs to align with audit and client requirements.
Budget & Cost Control
- Manage and control printing operational budgets, analyzing costs to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Continuous Improvement
- Lead and implement strategies for continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and adopting new technologies.
Quality Control
- Maintain strict SOP and ISO adherence for secure printing, inserting and mailing.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance measures to ensure printed materials meet customer expectations and standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- More than 10 years of management experience in print manufacturing or packaging operations.
- Experience managing in a secure, data‑sensitive printing environment.
