Job summary

A leading investment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of their properties. This role involves managing service providers, liaising with tenants, and ensuring safety standards. Candidates should have a diploma in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in building operations management. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP are advantageous.

Job description

This position will be responsible for the daily operations and facilities maintenance of industrial portfolio.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of properties.
  • Manage service providers on maintenance works and obtaining quotations for maintenance / improvement works.
  • Attend to tenants’ feedbacks and liaise with tenants to maintain good tenant-landlord relationship.
  • Facilitate in the handing over / taking over of premises from tenants.
  • Processing & monitoring of tenant’s fitting out works
  • Walk the ground regularly to inspect condition of the properties and to highlight any works to be done where appropriate.
  • Carry out forecasting, budgeting and accrual
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Building, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experiences in building operations management.
  • Possess knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
