A healthcare operations firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to oversee clinical service planning and infrastructure development. You will optimize patient journeys and enhance accessibility in a dynamic healthcare environment. Candidates should have a relevant degree and a minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
You will oversee clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resource allocation to support the establishment of the institution. Your work will optimize patient journeys, enhance care accessibility, and improve the overall patient experience in a dynamic and challenging healthcare environment.
Attend workshops to provide expert input on hospital design to enhance patient experience.
Lead discussions on clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with consultants, planners, and stakeholders to align service flows with strategic goals.
Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to gather project requirements and test new models.
Develop end-user briefs, operational guidelines, and work processes through workshops and prototyping.
Prepare business cases for infrastructure expansion and secure funding approvals.
Track and monitor project progress, reporting updates to management and escalating issues when necessary.
Oversee operational model implementation to ensure compliance with budgets and guidelines.
Coordinate meetings, manage agendas, and prepare minutes.
Maintain organized filing systems and handle procurement/payment requests.
Support miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of healthcare operations experience.
Strong organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
Self-motivated with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Capable of multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
