Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business & Operations Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies to drive club efficiency, revenue growth and brand elevation
- Plan annual business target, operational KPI framework, P&L budget and productivity improvement programs
- Align entertainment, F&B, and VIP operations with market trends and brand experience
- Lead new venue development, renovation and expansion feasibility plans
2. Nightclub Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day club operations: bar, floor service, VIP rooms, entertainment, queue/door control
- Establish SOPs covering guest entry, service delivery, bar workflow, VIP protocol and after-event procedures
- Conduct operational audits to ensure safety, service, security, hygiene and lighting/sound quality standards
- Manage scheduling, shift planning and manpower optimisation
3. Entertainment & Experience Management
- Curate international & local DJ line‑ups, performers, MCs and entertainment partners
- Approve event concepts, theme nights, ticket pricing, VIP packages and guest promotions
- Oversee sound, lighting, effects, live performance and production coordination
- Drive premium guest experience and ensure seamless high‑profile guest hosting
4. Sales, Marketing & Brand Management
- Lead marketing planning and digital campaigns with marketing team
- Oversee branding consistency across social media, online platforms, events and influencers
- Develop membership programmes, VIP relations strategy and corporate partnerships
- Collaborate with PR agencies, ambassadors, promoters and night‑life influencers
5. Finance, Compliance & Audit
- Manage P&L, cost control, supplier contracts, inventory and asset management
- Review weekly financial reports, revenue dashboards and operational KPIs
- Ensure adherence to Singapore regulatory frameworks, including:
SPF Public Entertainment Licence
Liquor Licensing Regulations
SCDF Fire Safety
NEA / SFA hygiene compliance (if F&B operations involved)
Employment laws and Fair Consideration Framework
- Implement responsible alcohol service policies
6. Security, Safety & Risk Management
- Oversee security team & crowd‑control operations
- Implement guest safety protocols, emergency procedures and incident management
- Ensure compliance with anti‑harassment, drug‑free and controlled‑entry policies
- Coordinate external inspections and audits
7. People Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and capability development for key operational teams
- Manage workforce planning including performers, FOH, bar staff, security and technical crew
- Build strong people culture, service excellence and discipline across shifts
- Set performance KPIs, performance reviews & incentive programs
8. Vendor, Partnership & Government Liaison
- Manage relationships with liquor suppliers, entertainment agencies, AV vendors & security partners
- Coordinate with government bodies (SPF, SCDF, URA, NEA, MOM when needed)
- Strengthen collaborations with ticketing platforms, hotel concierges and tourism partners
