Job Description
  • Review and approve financial transactions which include Fund Transfer, Account Closure, Fee Waiver, Cashier's Order and Demand Draft Issuance.
  • Handle queries from internal departments or business units.
  • Perform end of day reconciliation and review of exception reports.
  • Exercise vigilance when performing transactions and report any unusual or suspicious transactions immediately to supervisor
  • Ad hoc assignments / project as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in Banking & Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn.
  • A team player committed to achieving shared goals.
  • Highly attentive to detail and capable of working independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reconciliation processes is an advantage.
