Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Perform opening of CPFIS and SRS accounts
  • Perform KYC and any other relating account opening functions
  • Ensure processing timeliness and accuracy meet agreed SLA consistently
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory and internal control requirements
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to review processes and identify opportunity to streamline the operational workflow and improve overall efficiency
  • Track and capture key operations MIS for management report
  • Collaborate closely with various functions to review queries, complaints, operational problems to ensure that they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily
  • Support business plans and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in account opening and related activities
  • Good interpersonal skillsOrganised and proactively provide suggestions for processing improvements
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Quick learner and able to multi-task
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented with good risk awareness
  • Computer literacy
