Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely input of shipment information into system.
• Coordinate with sales team and vendors to ensure service quality to clients.
• To monitor own performance and upkeep of individual KPI / KRA.
• Resolve and rectify any failure in system process and operational issues, if not escalation to superior.
• Align and support corporate’s direction and policies and inclined to BPO’s approach for standardization of process and increase Productivity and KPI.
• Pricing and Procurement knowledge is an added advantage (if any)
• Knowledgeable in freight forwarding industry process.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior / department manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O Level and above with 2 year working experience in Sea Freight.
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude with strong mindset to embrace system processes and must be a good team player in a fast paced environment.
• Positive mindset and good time management to complete task within specific timeline.
• High attention to detail who is meticulous, attentive and proactive.
• Preferably candidates who can commence work within a short notice period.
