Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will develop individualized care plans and deliver inpatient OT interventions, focusing on dementia, mental health, and neuro-musculoskeletal conditions.

You will supervise Therapy Assistants and volunteers, contribute to staff training, and participate in case discussions and quality-improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Full AHPC registration.
• At least 3 years of occupational therapy experience.
• Experience with elderly clients preferred.
• Experience with neurological, musculoskeletal, mental health, or dementia conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation planning skills.

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• At least 3 years of relevant occupational therapy experience.
• Experience working with elderly clients is preferred.
• Experience managing clients with neurological, musculoskeletal, mental health, or dementia-related conditions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills.
