Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current registration under the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient or emergency care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritisation, and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage assessments and prioritise patient care based on needs.
• Conduct focused assessments of conditions, medical history, and medications.
• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care.
• Monitor patients, document observations, and evaluate changes.
• Assist clinicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Initiate interventions when deterioration occurs.
• Support CPR and emergency response procedures.
• Communicate treatment plans and updates to patients and families.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and continuity of care.
• Accompany critically ill patients during inter-hospital transfers when required.
