Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Nurse Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure the smooth, high-quality operation of our nursing department. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion clinical excellence, uphold hospital standards, and drive continuous improvement in patient care.

Job Requirements
  • A registered nurse with a recognized Nursing Degree and SNB registration
  • Proven leadership in managing nursing teams and departmental operations - including clinical issues, patients\' complaints, manpower planning, budgeting, performance appraisal and staff issues
  • Strong initiative, integrity, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual, PC-literate, and open to shift work
  • Immediate availability is a plus
