Overview

As a Senior Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities

• Support strategic leadership by driving organisational development projects, promoting company values, and inspiring the next generation in community care.
• Assist in shaping a care experience that prioritises resident comfort and meaningful ageing.
• Develop, implement, and review nursing policies, SOPs, and clinical procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Lead and support capability development, including recruitment, coaching, retention, and role expansion of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, conduct training, and support staff orientation.
• Oversee daily operations such as client rounds, staff rostering, and competency evaluations.
• Utilise appropriate IT systems for documentation, monitor resource usage, and collect data for audits and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and change management skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement in aged care.

Requirements

• At least a Degree in Nursing with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
