🌟 Lead, Inspire & Make a Difference – Senior / Nurse Manager

📍 Location: Venus Drive
🕒 Work Hours: 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays), 42.5 hours/week (8:30am – 6:00pm)
🏢 Work Arrangement: Fully onsite
💰 Salary: $6,500 – $8,700/month + Annual Variable Bonus (~2 months)

Qualifications 🎓

• Degree in Nursing
• Possess a Registered Nursing Certificate
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• Relevant postgraduate study at master’s level is preferred
• ACTA Certified
• Possess up-to-date CPR / BCLS & AED Certificate

Experience ✅

• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position
• Preferably with experience in:
  • Quality and Risk Management
  • Coaching, counselling, and manpower planning
  • Newly/start-up operations
  in care centers, nursing homes, or other elderly home care services
