Job description

Reporting to the Deputy/ Assistant Director, you will plan and oversee the setting up, operations, nursing manpower, standards and practice of the services within your purview.You will mentor the nursing leaders in your team in continuous improvement of the standard of care and value of services through system, process and manpower development.

Requirements

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
• Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing and any relevant specialty qualification.
• Possess leadership and management skills
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and a strong commitment towards service excellence
• Willing to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays
• Committed to long term service till the opening of the hospital and beyond
