Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer for NPI SLT within the Data Center Graphics group. The role focuses on defining and driving SLT solutions across architecture, design and product teams to support high-performance compute and AI workloads.

Lead collaboration with platform, software and manufacturing teams to balance quality and cost, and mentor junior engineers while advancing AMD data center product families.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines.
• Strong technical, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in x86 CPU and GPU architecture and functionality; broad bus protocols such as DDR, PCIe, USB.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop SLT solutions to meet milestones, cost and quality in system level area.
• Solve complex, novel problems and lead changes to processes and methods.
• Conduct engineering evaluations to drive closure of production issues.
• Develop and architect SLT logging or data collection flow in manufacturing.
• Influence technical decisions with significant impact on final product.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, product & test engineering, QC teams, and software teams.
• Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers.
• Upscale team capabilities on low level system debug for AMD data center product families.
