Job summary

You will run solution workshops, drive implementation strategies, mentor engineers, and ensure enterprise standards with automation emphasis.

Candidates should have extensive experience, CCIE/HCIE preferred, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 10 years of network experience
• Specialization in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Data Center
• Strong problem solving abilities and clear communication
• CCIE or HCIE or equivalent preferred
• Experience in presentations and team leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture for enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor environments
• Lead solution workshops, customer discussions, executive presentations, governance reviews, and design sessions
• Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, product teams, security teams, vendors, operations teams, and customers
• Produce high level architecture designs to meet customer requirements
• Produce low level technical designs from high level architectures
• Develop installation/implementation/test/rollback procedures and standards
• Review and approve implementation plans, test plans, migration strategies, and handover documents
• Install, configure, upgrade, and validate hardware and/or software per procedures and handover
• Conduct tests, fix malfunctions, document results
• Lead large-scale migrations across data center, campus, wireless, cloud, multi-vendor environments
• Mentor and guide network engineers and consultants
• Provide SME across Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba, Huawei, SDN, and related tech
• Lead root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Drive automation via Python, Ansible, APIs, PowerShell, Terraform
