Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network & Security Engineer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and delivering complex network and security solutions for enterprise clients, leading troubleshooting efforts and ensuring successful project deployments. In this role, you’ll also act as a trusted advisor to clients while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive project success.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Implementation – Plan, design, and deploy enterprise network and security solutions, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, firewalls, load balancers and Cisco SD-WAN.
• Project Delivery – Lead mid-sized to large-scale implementations, including racking and stacking devices, configuring systems and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve connectivity, configuration, and performance issues; analyze network traffic to identify root causes.
• Client Engagement – Build and maintain client relationships, align solutions with business needs and provide ongoing deployment support.
• Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Documentation – Develop technical documents (LLD, TDS, As-Built, UAT, SAT) and secure client sign-offs for project closure.
• Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship – Conduct project handovers, provide guidance to operations teams and run knowledge-sharing sessions.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise network design and deployment.
• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS L3VPN, VSS, Spanning Tree, Multicast).
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela, Meraki), including design, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with wireless technologies: Cisco WLC, Aruba, DNAC, Ekahau, Prime, MSE/CMX.
• Knowledge of data center technologies: Cisco Nexus (VDC, VPC, FEX), VXLAN, ACI.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls & security: Cisco ASA, Firepower, Fortigate, IPSEC/SSL VPN, IPS/IDS.
• Familiarity with NAC solutions: Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• CCNP certification required; CCIE is a plus.
