About the role
We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our next-generation GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) team. In this role, you will design, implement, and operate high-performance network infrastructure supporting AI workloads and large-scale GPU environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure network reliability, scalability, and security while supporting customers running AI and high-performance computing workloads on our GPU cloud platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a network engineer with strong data center and cloud networking experience who is interested in expanding into AI infrastructure and GPU technologies.
Key responsibilities
Design, implement, and operate high-performance network infrastructure supporting GPUaaS and AI platforms.
Manage and maintain data center networking environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents while meeting agreed service levels and operational KPIs.
Support customer onboarding, service provisioning, and technical requests within established SLA requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure deployment, system upgrades, and network enhancement projects.
Perform network capacity planning and recommend improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
Implement network automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Support network security initiatives and ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Conduct root cause analysis and prepare incident, outage, and service reports for stakeholders and management.
Participate in after-hours support, maintenance activities, and on-call rotations when required.
About you
Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering, network operations, data center networking, or infrastructure support.
Strong hands-on experience with Routing and Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and TCP/IP Networking.
Experience supporting enterprise or data center network environments.
Experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Huawei, or equivalent networking platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex production environments.
Experience working within change management and incident management processes.
Exposure to network monitoring and performance management tools.
Understanding of network security principles and technologies.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
