Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Cisco Routing and Switching.
• Huawei Campus and DC Routing and Switching.
• CUCM experience.
• F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers experience.
• Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and QoS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Huawei network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability of network services.
• Perform network capacity planning, upgrades, and technology refresh activities.
• Configure and manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 network services.
• Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols such as: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Static Routing.
• Administer and support CUCM, IP Telephony, SIP trunks, voice gateways, and call routing.
• Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP Load Balancers; SSL profiles and health monitors.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for network and voice infrastructure.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
