Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced network support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for critical systems across various industries.
- Lead network upgrade (Tech-Refresh) projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions, including routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, and SASE.
- Perform system maintenance, security updates, and vulnerability risk assessments.
- Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support for high-priority escalations.
