Arup Singapore is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to deliver high-quality network consulting services on a major aviation infrastructure project. In this client-facing role, you will lead the requirements, design, management, and tendering of complex aviation network systems in collaboration with clients and project teams. The Opportunity
  • Lead the design and optimisation of network solutions based on business needs, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide expert technical consultation, ensuring resilient, secure, and innovative network infrastructures.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, representing the communications discipline in technical discussions.
  • Manage project deliverables, including reports, specifications, and documentation aligned with RIBA stages.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the ICT team.

Is this role right for you?
  • A degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
  • At least 8–10 years’ of experience in network design within the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Strong proficiency in LAN/CAN/WAN topologies, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and SDN/SD‑WAN technologies.
  • Familiarity with Cisco and/or Aruba network solutions, mobile network technologies (4G/LTE/5G), and edge computing.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic project environment.
