Job summary

Evolution Singapore is seeking a senior hands-on Network Architect / Engineer to own the organisation’s network architecture, engineering, and day-to-day delivery. You will design, configure, and operate enterprise networks across multiple sites, including Azure hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute, and VPN connectivity.

In this role you’ll lead production changes, troubleshoot complex incidents, and drive improvements with a practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on network engineering experience, incl. 3+ years architecture.
• Hands-on with configuring, troubleshooting, upgrading network infra.
• Strong expertise in enterprise routing and switching (BGP/OSPF/VLANs).
• Experience with next-gen firewalls and secure remote access.
• Azure networking experience including hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute.
• Experience across WAN/MPLS and multi-site deployments.
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP/IPAM and RF planning.
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting (packet captures).
• Experience with network automation and monitoring tools.
• Willingness for on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the network architecture and engineering across sites.
• Design, configure, maintain routing, switching, wireless, firewall.
• Lead production network changes, maintenance, cutovers with tests and rollback.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues with packet captures and diagnostics.
• Manage network segmentation and firewall policies.
• Implement Azure network environment with hub-and-spoke, ExpressRoute, VPN.
• Lead network deployments for office relocations and regional expansion.
• Coordinate connectivity with external providers and partners.
• Oversee network capacity, latency, resilience, and monitoring.
• Develop network automation and documentation aligned with security frameworks.
