Essential
- 8+ years .NET development (.NET Framework & Core/6/8)
- 3+ years leading modernization/migration projects
- Proven .NET 4.8 → .NET Core/8/9 migrations
- Microservices architecture experience
- Azure production experience (App Service, Azure SQL, AKS preferred)
- Team leadership (3-5 developers minimum)
- SQL Server expertise (optimization, migration)
