Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a NAND Reliability Product Engineer to define and safeguard the Ex/trinsic reliability of NAND Flash products. You will work with large-scale data analysis, electrical failure analysis, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust reliability and prevent escapes to customers.

The role offers deep technical ownership at the intersection of device physics, circuits, process technology, and product engineering, with visibility across development and manufacturing groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• Understanding in Design, Device Physics, Circuits, Process.
• Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience applying AI tools and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows.
• Perform high-volume statistical data analysis on reliability risks.
• Drive electrical failure analysis to identify root causes.
• Develop short-term countermeasures using circuit/device/process knowledge.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to develop solutions.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
