Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a senior software testing specialist to define the Murex test strategy, design detailed test cases, and lead automation efforts using the MxTest platform in a fast-paced, agile environment.

You will collaborate with ST, SIT, and UAT teams and business stakeholders to ensure end-to-end coverage, applying FX and Commodities market knowledge and validating Market Risk scenarios. You will take ownership from day one with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional software testing experience with 12+ years in automation.
• 10+ years hands-on with Murex MX.3 implementation and upgrades.
• 8+ years with Onyx MxTest automation tool.

Responsibilities

• Define the Murex test strategy and create detailed test cases for the squad's deliverables.
• Execute and automate test cases using the MxTest platform.
• Analyze Murex test run outputs to identify, triage, and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with ST, SIT, and UAT teams, including business stakeholders, to ensure end-to-end test coverage.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks from day one with minimal handholding.
• Work proactively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Apply FX and Commodities market knowledge during testing activities.
• Validate Market Risk scenarios, including Value at Risk.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
