You will provide deep functional and technical expertise across Murex Front Office and pre-trade areas, assess configurations, design sustainable solutions, and document knowledge for the wider team in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of delivering Murex solutions in banking, capital markets, or financial services.
• Hands-on Murex Front Office modules configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong front‑office pre-trade configuration and workflows knowledge.
• Experience with Murex integration, migration, or upgrade delivery.
• Understanding of FX cash business and front‑to‑back processes.
• Proficiency with UNIX and SQL; scripting.
• Translate complex configurations into maintainable solutions.
• Excellent technical and functional documentation skills.
• Degree in a numerically focused discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and tech requirements into Murex solutions.
• Review Front Office and pre-trade configurations.
• Design standardized, simplified Front Office processes.
• Configure currency pairs, curves, fixings, archiving groups.
• Develop and document Murex functionality and interfaces.
• Support Murex integration, upgrades, and platform changes.
• Perform unit testing and prepare production releases.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, testers, and tech reps.
• Create test scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
• Transfer knowledge and support wider Murex capability.
