Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore is seeking an experienced Murex Datamart Developer to support the bank's treasury division across commodities, credit derivatives, FX, IRD, FX, MM, and fixed income products.

The role includes designing data models, developing and optimizing Datamart reporting, and delivering robust data extraction and transformation workflows while ensuring data accuracy and timely releases. You will participate in SIT/UAT and provide L2 production support.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in Murex Datamart development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Murex Datamart.
• SQL experience on Oracle or SQL Server.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle and financial instruments.
• Experience in data extraction, transformation and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Java or Python for scripting.
• Linux/Unix environment experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced Murex Datamart Developer to support the bank's treasury division for the business with Commodities, Credit Derivatives, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and its overseas branches across the globe.

Responsibilities

• 1. Datamart Development
• Develop and maintain Murex Datamart reporting solutions
• Configure and customize Datamart extractors and feeders
• Design data models for reporting and analytics2. Data Extraction & Transformation
• Extract and transform data from Murex to reporting layers
• Develop complex SQL queries and scripts
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports3. Reporting & Analytics
• Build reports for:
• P&L and Product Control
• Market Risk and exposure
• Regulatory and business reporting
• Support business users with reporting requirements4. Performance Optimization
• Optimize Datamart jobs and SQL queries for performance
• Troubleshoot data and performance issues5. Testing & Release Support
• Participate in SIT/UAT cycles
• Validate data accuracy and reporting outputs
• Support release and deployment activities6. Production Support
• Provide L2 support for Datamart issues

SKILLS

Must have

• Strong hands-on experience with:- Murex Datamart (mandatory)- SQL (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Good understanding of:- Trade lifecycle (FO to BO)- Financial instruments (FX, IRD, Equities, etc.)
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Java / Python (for scripting/automation)
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
