Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail facilities management, preferably in convenience store or multi-site environments.
• Valid Singapore IFMA or Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management for all 7-Eleven locations ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets specific to the 7-Eleven portfolio.
• Oversee equipment breakdowns, refurbishment, and repair works.
• Respond to maintenance-related queries from leadership.
