Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software programming in Python or C++.
• 3 years testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience in a core ML domain (e.g., NLP, CV, RL, or ML infra).
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (training, inference, deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
• Define best practices blending distributed systems with LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines.
• Establish the technical strategy for AI quality and safety with automated evaluation frameworks.
• Build telemetry and introspection tooling for debugging and optimization at scale.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and align technical roadmaps.
