Job summary

People Search Consultants in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Middleware Engineer to develop scalable middleware solutions and address system fragmentation. You will integrate WMS, SAP, TMS, and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and automation across the enterprise.

The role requires hands-on middleware platform experience, strong knowledge of integration patterns and messaging protocols, and excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in middleware systems engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Apache Kafka, Boomi).
• Strong knowledge of middleware concepts, integration patterns, and messaging protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Build a scalable middleware architecture to address system fragmentation, integration challenges, and legacy infrastructure.
• Manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and automation.
• Design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions for seamless communication and data exchange.
• Ensure secure and reliable message exchanges using appropriate protocols.
• Collaborate with business units, project managers, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Set up monitoring and logging systems to proactively resolve issues.
• Continuously optimize middleware performance and scalability.
