They are seeking a hands‑on Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Technician with strong expertise in M&E systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety), preventive and corrective maintenance, vendor supervision, and safety compliance. The role also involves supporting renovation and fit‑out projects, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring quality and timely execution.

The Job

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, service calls, and urgent repair needs.
• Manage and supervise external vendors/contractors to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to identify issues and rectify them proactively for operational reliability.
• Support renovation and fit‑out projects, including reviewing technical drawings and supervising on‑site works.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cost‑effective, energy‑efficient maintenance practices.

The Talent

• Diploma/ITE or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in facilities/property maintenance, with exposure to renovation or fit‑out projects (hotel industry preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with workplace safety and building regulations in Singapore.
• Strong coordination, vendor management skills, and willingness to be on standby for urgent support needs.
