Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Lead project team to complete project within schedule.
• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and audits for quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for M&E deliverables.
• Track M&E budgets, prepare financial reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
