Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' QS/cost consultancy experience in Singapore.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience on mission critical projects.
• Experience with projects valued at S$5 to S$10 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide full MEP cost and commercial management services.
• Work with cost consultants across multiple projects.
• Prepare budget, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
