Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ total QS/cost consultancy working experience in Singapore.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on mission critical projects.
• At least one project with minimum project value of S$5 to S$10m.

Responsibilities

• Provide full MEP cost & commercial management services from project inception to completion.
• Work with a team of cost consultants across multiple projects.
• Conduct budget establishment, cost estimation, and cost reporting.

Skills

Fluent in English

Education
