Job summary

Micron Memory Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Engineer, QEM PQE Quality in Singapore to monitor and drive quality and reliability for memory products from Fab10. You will analyze wafer-level reliability data, manage scorecards, and lead improvement initiatives with Global Quality teams.

The role requires a strong electronics/semiconductor background, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to drive complex projects to completion across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Microelectronics/Material Science/Physics/Applied Science.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal to all levels.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects and driving them to completion.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build strong peer relationships.
• Good understanding of CMOS device physics is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of NAND devices operations is an added advantage.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve Quality and Reliability for Fab outputs, including wafer-level reliability sampling for Outgoing Quality Control.
• Collect wafer-level reliability data, manage Reliability scorecards, and drive fab activities to improve Reliability (Extrinsic, Intrinsic, Process).
• Ensure reliability indicators (OQRM, Probe, Parametric, Inline metrics) meet goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality metrics (Product Grades, High Stack Eligibility).
• Act as Fab representative to respond to Customer Issues/RMA and drive resolution.
• Support Risk Assessment for excursion materials; work with Global Quality to manage MRB.
• Manage follow-on qualification activities during HVM; coordinate with global teams on milestones.
• Lead/participate in Site Quality Programs and Defense Line Initiatives with Global Quality/PE.
