Job summary

JurongHealth Campus seeks a skilled Social Worker to deliver bio-psychosocial assessments and targeted interventions in patient care. You will apply advanced clinical skills directly, ensuring best practices are met and standards of care are upheld.

You will supervise Medical Social Workers and support staff, providing appraisal and guidance, while taking a lead role in project initiatives that enhance service delivery. A recognized social work qualification and SWAAB accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Recognised Master/ Bachelor or PG Diploma in Social Work.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Accreditation as Registered Social Worker with SWAAB required.
