Your new role

As the Senior Medical Manager - Alzheimer for APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of the APAC medical strategy for Alzheimer's Disease, translating global objectives into impactful regional plan. You will be also responsible for:

  • Oversee the APAC medical strategy for Alzheimer's Disease by systematically aligning regional initiatives with global objectives, employing metrics-driven assessments to ensure the execution of impactful and sustainable plans.
  • Direct high-impact scientific collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced methodologies to develop scientific advocacy frameworks and extract actionable insights to inform clinical and commercial strategies.
  • Function as the principal medical liaison across cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs, deploying evidence-based strategies to ensure optimal launch readiness and support comprehensive regional evidence generation initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary representative for the APAC region in global strategic forums, leveraging regional insights to shape international strategy while fostering the development of medical knowledge and expertise within local affiliate teams.
  • Implement governance frameworks ensuring all medical activities comply with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and adherence to both corporate policies and local regulatory requirements, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest scientific advancements and treatment paradigms in Alzheimer’s disease and integrate this knowledge into strategic planning and decision-making to drive innovation and therapeutic differentiation.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Medical Manager - Alzheimer with the following qualifications:

  • Degree in life sciences (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in medical affairs, preferably in neuroscience, or Alzheimer’s Disease; experience in rare diseases, oncology, or cardiology.
  • Hands‑on involvement in pre‑launch planning, scientific engagement, and execution of medical initiatives across diverse APAC markets.
  • Experience working in regional roles with exposure to multi‑country coordination, healthcare system diversity, and cultural nuances.
  • Proven track record of collaborating across cross‑functional teams (e.g., clinical operations, regulatory, market access, commercial) to align medical strategy with business goals.
