Job summary

Tet Lee Precision Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced QC Inspector to uphold its high-quality standards for semiconductor and precision components.

You will inspect materials, in-process parts, and finished products with tight tolerances, using Mitutoyo Quick Vision and precision gauges. Team collaboration and meticulous documentation are essential for success. The role requires a diploma or higher in a related field, 5+ years of QC experience, and strong analytical skills for root

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of QC experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, procedures, and measurement equipment (Mitutoyo Quick Vision, gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Proficient in Mitutoyo Quick Vision programming.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and follow standardized procedures.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on, production environment, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional checks using precise instruments.
• Record inspection findings accurately and maintain traceability.
• Report and follow up on defects and non-conformances to improve quality.
• Collaborate with Production and QA to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in root cause analysis and assist CAPA implementation.
• Support audits and customer inspections.
• Identify recurring quality issues and propose process improvements.
