Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy company in Singapore seeks an experienced engineer to join their Operations Team. The role involves performing engineering duties, including heat load calculations and design, and liaising with clients and project managers. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience in M&E design, ideally with data centre expertise. Opportunities for overseas travel are available.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in an M&E design and consultancy firm.
• Candidate with experience in data centre design an advantage.
• Well-versed in local codes of practice and standards.
• Able to travel overseas for short trips.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering duties such as heat load/hydraulic calculations, planning, engineering design, tender preparation/evaluation, QA, and testing & commissioning.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and contractors, lead projects and produce designs and tender documents.
