Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site.
- Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
- Assist Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities.
- Attend external project meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting.
- Assist Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submissions with Drafting Department.
- Ensure adherence to the Safe Work Procedure (SWP).
- Ensure the timely preparation of project progress and other reports.
- Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; record all defects and ensure proper documentation.
- Order materials required for projects.
Job Requirements
- Degree in electrical/mechanical/electronics engineering or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with recognized degree in relevant field, and at least 3 years of supervision experience of E&M work in construction site for projects of similar complexity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with LTA project is preferable.
