Job summary

ALMR Business Consulting Group Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead the Singapore compliance framework for a fast-paced fintech client.

You will translate MAS regulatory obligations into practical policies, controls and processes and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust compliance environment. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in regulatory compliance within financial institutions, with strong MAS MPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of regulatory compliance experience in financial institutions.
• Mandatory MAS regulatory experience for Major Payment Institutions (MPIs).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into policies, controls and operating processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and ongoing management of the Singapore compliance framework per MAS requirements.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, manuals, procedures and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments, assess impact and perform gap analyses.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement regulatory changes.
• Establish and monitor a Key Obligation Register with controls and owners.
• Collaborate with Business, Product and Operations on regulatory matters.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, filings, surveys and communications.
• Liaise with MAS on regulatory matters when required.
• Support the Director of Compliance on regional initiatives and projects.
• Take ownership of additional compliance activities as needed.
