We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing Executive who can translate strategic plans into seamless execution across retail, digital, and CRM channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and able to move with speed while ensuring consistently high standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- The key lead in planning and executing retail marketing and campaign activation: Localise and roll out seasonal campaigns including product launches, retail promotions, event management, in-store activations and collaborations for Singapore & Malaysia.
- Retail marketing: Plan and manage the end-to-end customer journey on in-store mechanics (GWPs, vouchers), signage, sampling, and store events; ensure toolkits land cleanly with both internal Operations team and Mall Marketing touch points.
- Content & creative: Plan and manage marketing materials such as adapting global assets into local market needs for paid/owned channels, layout clean-ups for instore/ mall communication materials. Proficient in writing clear headlines and captions would be a plus.
- Campaign monitoring & reporting: Maintain weekly scorecards (traffic, scans, redemption, sell-through, media results) with clear takeaways.
- Vendors & budgets: Source quotes, raise POs, track invoices, and keep timelines tight.
- Campaign strategy & planning: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, shopper insights, and opportunities to optimise retail experience.
- Influencer/PR coordination support: Product seeding, tracking organic/paid media activities, collecting coverage and performance.
- Digital & CRM support: Work hand–in-hand with Digital Marketing team on consumer engagement and retention. Ensure brand consistency across both retail and online marketing touchpoints including internal communications, EDMs, WhatsApp and SMS; help segment lists and track performance by campaign basis.
- VM support: assist VM Assistant Manager when required on visual merchandising guidelines, toolkits, POP placements for Singapore market execution.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 5+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in retail/lifestyle/fashion/footwear.
- Proven execution across in-store + digital; comfortable working with both Singapore and Malaysia stakeholders.
- Strong eye for visual quality; proficient in Adobe CC (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere) or Canva; basic video/GIF edits are a plus.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising (floor sets, POP) or in creative production (rapid asset adapts).
- Working knowledge of paid social/search, Meta/TikTok ads specs, and email/CRM tools (Ometria or similar).
- Data-curious: able to read dashboards and translate results into next steps.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder skills; thrives in a fast, calendar-driven environment.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to Malaysia.
